I like that it was easy to set up for our organization which has multiple departments with different needs in terms of how they communicate internally as well externally (to customers). It doesn't do all things we need but those features are easily added when needed / requested from support team at no additional cost! The most important thing I love about Communicae is its ease of use in creating campaigns that engage with my target audience. It has so many useful features like Content Marketing Center, Sales Funnels, A/B testing, social media monitoring etc. And all these things work well separately but not together as they are supposed to be!
