The most important thing I love about Communicae is its ease of use in creating campaigns that engage with my target audience. It has so many useful features like Content Marketing Center, Sales Funnels, A/B testing, social media monitoring etc. And all these things work well separately but not together as they are supposed to be! Sometimes it gets confusing while working between different modules or sub-modules which makes using communicae somewhat difficult for me compared to other systems. With this system you can create awesome campaigns very quickly and then test them effectively through various tools provided by community support team. This has really helped us reach out our target buyers much better and faster than we did traditionally. The team has been very receptive to our feedback during implementation. They're always looking for ways to improve their service and we've found that they take our suggestions seriously. We do not have any dislikes about Comunicae at this time. This tool has helped us manage our social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram). It's given us better oversight of our digital campaigns.
