Do not buy, this is a plug problem. We had two last year and the second one we just got in May is dead. I can turn it on by wiggling the cord on the plug. We take care of it and mount the bracket on the wall. Very frustrating to spend so much on a poorly wired device

Good hair dryer, quieter than other 1875w hair dryers. Fan performance is good, hot, warm, cold, and speed adjustment works as expected. The matching lid on the back is a little fiddly to take off and put back on, but that shouldn't be much of a deal breaker unless you leave the lid open for cleaning the whole time. I was really upset when I had to replace my old hair dryer because they don't seem to make hair dryers that are both foldable and retractable cord to have. So I made compromises.
