💇 Pompadour Comb Kit by Conair Review

I bought this as a wedding hairpiece volume enhancer based on the recommendation in a styling video using this design and it has helped my Keeping hair up and down Twist and pin hair (I have a side bob so my hair is shorter at the back making it difficult to pin). But despite the Velcro fastening to the head and the fact that you can put hair clips in the pouf, by the time the wedding started, about 45 minutes, the comb and attached pouf slipped down, taking the hair with it. after I finished…

The pompadour comb was great! My daughter has very short hair so we used it a little differently. We place the comb behind her hair with the comb pointing towards the nape of her neck. We then used the soft part of the comb to wrap her hair and then pinned it with a bobby pin. It was a good way to do a high updo for someone with short hair. I highly recommend this item!

I wish I had ignored the other reviews. Unfortunately, this comb cannot be covered. I would have to have a lot of thick hair to cover it, which I don't have. It looks very unnatural on my hair. If they were shorter it would be perfect.

This is a well made product, it just didn't fit me, too tall for my hair on the short side but the product itself is good but not for me.
