Works perfectly! in Styling Tools & Appliances

This is too small for a full size hair dryer but packs away easily. In the photo I've shown it in comparison to my daughter's large dryer and a small travel dryer. Regardless of the size, this Conair dryer works great. It blows a good amount of air and does its job. I wish it was a little hotter on high heat but to be honest I feel the same way with most hair dryers as my hair is wavy and thick. I just couldn't feel much of a difference between warm and hot settings. I can still dry my hairโ€ฆ

ALCI security function, test and reset buttons work very poorly

The first time, after carefully reading the instructions and some trial and error, I turned this on and worked fine. Next time (a few weeks later, no change in conditions, safe storage) I couldn't get it to turn on at all. The instructions say to unplug, restart, test and try again, but no matter what combination of moves (just a reset, or a test and reset, or the outlets I use, unplug each time and plug it back in the power doesn't come back this seems to be a problem for others as well theโ€ฆ

Good replacement for me

I use a Conair hair dryer all the time and have found that 'weak' airflow models dry my hair faster. I'm not sure why this is, but it has been proven with three different models. I had an Infiniti Pro model, I just accidentally dropped the plug in the toilet so I decided to replace it with this one. All reviews that he is not very strong are true. The other model has some power ratings but blows harder but not as hard as this model. It dries my hair much faster than my old one. I have prettyโ€ฆ
