Love how much air comes out of it. I love that you can have two speeds: cold, warm or hot, as well as a separate "cool" button. What I don't like is that the cord is probably 2 feet shorter than my last dryer (uncomfortable). I researched this hair dryer before purchasing and read some negative reviews about it. I decided to buy it anyway and for now I'm glad I did because I like it and I haven't had any problems with it. I usually set it on high heat and my hair dries quickly. Didn't overheat, the cord is long enough, hangs comfortably. UPDATE 2018-02-09: No problems so far. Highly recommended.
