Works great on Fujitsu mini-split systems! These Fujitsu units are awkward to clean, preventing the drip tray from becoming clogged and dripping from the indoor unit onto items underneath - furniture etc. Other mini-split manufacturers make it easy to maintain and keep clean. These strips were found to solve the problem of drains clogging with mucus. I've been using it for 2 years now and it works great! Highly recommended.

I use it in a 8000 BTU window air conditioner and it works good chemical smell and prevents the development of damp mold/algae odor Unlike drain tablets it also doesn't powder which is preferable As my window air conditioner is so small I used scissors I cut some fairly thin strips of purcula and I think , this product will last me a year or two depending on how long the resolution lasts, I'm impressed!

Packaging says it will last 4-6 months on a 5 ton system. Perhaps this is for a system in a not very humid climate with good condensate loading in the colder months. I'm in Texas where the summer dew point ranges from the high 60's to the low 70's and the results have been mixed. I have several solid color setups so I cut the strip into quarters.
