Excellent but only 1 crayon

Quality is excellent but my package (not Amazon's best, just a package of crayons) was opened and only contained 1 crayon. It was cheap so I didn't ask for another one but it was totally unfair.

Arrived damaged

In this pack of two crayons, one of the crayons was broken off in at least two places (I haven't checked exactly how many there are yet) and the other was crushed in the powder. outside of use for my course requirements. See photo: one before I open the packaging (damage to the pencil is visible through the plastic, especially on the right), another photo after I carefully peeled back the corner (splinter and dust are clearly visible).
