This is my second set of Race 28s. I put over 2300 miles on the first pair of Gatorskin tires and had no problems. No apartments, no drama. Tip: NEVER use a tube and tire assembly tool; Only work the rim with your fingers.

I've had crazy flat tires with these inner tubes. Order 2 pairs and all 4 should be replaced within 3 weeks. I have Continental street tires. Switch to another brand with a slightly longer inner chamber. My trip has gotten much better. I only recommend these tubes if you need spares in an emergency.

These are good powerful hoses that could probably even be packed in 23mm tyres, yes they are a bit heavier than hoses designed for 20-25 c are designed, but in my experience. Lightweight race tubes are prone to punctures. If I were running 32mm tires I would go the next size up in tubes but so far they ride great and hold pressure well.

Unfortunately two of the four tubes I ordered had a pinch/hole in the same place. The first was stuck on the side of the road when I went to air it and it had a hole in it. The second I aired right out of the box and a pinch in the same spot. The other two tubes are fine. manufacturing defect. Not sure.
