Finally a quiet Corvette. Do yourself a favor and get one (a Gatorback, formally) if you're having a horrible belt squeak in your $50,000 car (make sure it's not also the tensioner that's failing).

This is the ONLY belt that doesn't squeak/squeak/chirp in my 2000 Corvette! I went through three belts before reading on a Corvette forum that this Goodyear belt was the one to use to get rid of that annoying "chirp" under the hood of my Vette. Works great as the AC belt on my 2001 Corvette Z06. Fits with no problems. However, I figured I could mount it from the top, and while I could easily replace all the pulleys and the main timing belt from the top, the AC belt is next to impossible to replace. vertex.
