Sweat-free single bolt (15mm head) removal and replacement. So far I'm only giving 4 stars because I haven't driven the truck yet. It's a little tricky to get tools on the tensioner to loosen the tension on the belt. I cut open the old belt to remove it. Then I simply pushed the new tensioner in by hand (and with body weight!) after routing the new belt and slipped the belt over the power steering pulley. Pretty easy to fix. That must have taken 5-10 minutes.

Received and installed today on my 2004 Envoy XL 4.2L. Whoever had this truck before me must have replaced it with a Dorman model. I thought I was wrong because they look different (the slot for the tension release ratchet is in a different place).
