Great support and ease-of setup: Continuum Help Desk

It's easy to use, it has great features for our business needs (such as scheduling), but I wish that they had more options in terms of customizing reports/dashboards etc.. The customer service is also excellent! We needed something like this years ago when we were using another product which was very difficult to set up initially - not so much with continoum help desk though!! Highly recommend their products if your looking into an alternative ticketing system or integration services such as…
