Great cloud-based solution - helps increase efficiency in your organization

Easy to use with lots of options for customization. Has a lot of features which makes it very easy to implement and useful for any size business. I love how powerful this tool is, it's a one stop shop where we can create campaigns, set up call flows, queue our agents and much more. The only thing that I dislike is that sometimes you run into an error when you are trying to do something with this tool or there might be a problem with the website itself. You should definitely give Contivio a try
