Can be used as a tank check valve for small compressors or as a component in pneumatic circuits. Brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Fluorocarbon O-rings for higher temperature and chemical resistance. Female and male NPT threads for connecting pipes with different ends. Maximum pressure rating of 250 psi and maximum working temperature of 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

This valve will fail

Used as a check valve for a 3/4 compressor after around 6-8 months of compressor operation continued to turn off the circuit breaker. Eventually the valve was found to be defective, the plastic end you see in the picture was sticking out of the hole about 1/4 inch or so which somehow caused the check valve not to close to keep pressure in the line for to let the next compressor start, not to let the pistons go and the fuse blown. I'm lucky I didn't damage the compressor.

The perfect pool for my buddy! Within two months.

Well it has worked great for almost two months. Now he can't take the pressure anymore. The seal is still there, but I can blow it out. What is the guarantee? My air compressor is in the garage, but I have a bike shop at home. I guided the airline into the room and then hooked up a portable tank as a backup tank. After the arduous intermittent refilling, I realized that a two-way valve would be ideal. I looked for such a device on different sites and this one seemed to me the best solution atโ€ฆ

Perfect for use on my remote secondary air tank.

Just what I needed for the fill hole on my 40 gallon auxiliary tank for my air compressor. I built an external auxiliary air tank out of an old gas water heater tank to use as an additional external tank for my 4hp air compressor. I installed a tank with a regulator, dryer, lubricator, safety valve, tank gauge and regulator gauge, drain valve to drain the water and fill the hole. I used a small manual valve that soon became a PITA and had to remember to open and close it when filling. My oldโ€ฆ
