Useless addition to Automotive Tool Kit

Product claims to aid in refrigerant charging but fell short in delivering results. The instructions were confusing and the pieces didn`t seem to fit together PROPERLY. The only positive is that it was relatively cheap .However, in this case you really do get what you pay for..

Pros
  • Affordable
Cons
  • Confusing instructions, didn't fit properly.

Every HVAC service technician should have them!

Before this brand I bought another brand and was very dissatisfied as it was quickly phased out. I've been using this brand of flare bottoms for almost a year and they don't leak refrigerant. Remember they aren't vacuum tight so it's foolish to assume you'll be pulling 200 micron vacuum with them. However, with a routine coolant level check, they will definitely prevent coolant from getting on your hands. They are much better and much cheaper than low-loss hose adapters. Now I'm buying a second

Pros
  • High quality brass
Cons
  • Short manual
