CoolTool Review

The fact that it's an intuitive site with no bells and whistles, but very useful. I like how easy it is to upload my own surveys and the fact that they are completely free to use. They have some good guides and tips on how to conduct interviews and focus groups too. Nothing really. It's great! The best way to conduct market researches are with cooltool, it's very good for social media marketing. It can be used for any purposes; we have used it to measure the likes of our marketing campaigns. There is nothing much to dislike as most things are easy to use. With more than 100 million users, one can use the platform safely and without hassles. I find their dashboard user-friendly but sometimes you might need to understand it from someone else's point of view so that problem is solved.…

I like that it's easy to use, has many surveys available (some of them are free) as well some paid options depending how much you'd be willing/able pay per survey completion or answer given. A little hard sometimes at first but after awhile with practice becomes easier! It would help if there were more information about what each option meant in terms of questions asked etc so not sure why this isn't displayed when answering one?
