The ability for the customer to search through all the product that they have in their store. This allows them to find products that are out of stock quickly and easily. It is very easy to use as well. I like that it has an easy way to go back and edit previous orders if needed. I dislike that sometimes when there isn't any stock available for a specific item, it says "out of stock", which is not true. If there is no stock in the warehouse, then it should say so. I like that it's easy for me as an employee to pick up right away how things work together with our POS device (Vend) which makes life easier in general! Not much so far but nothing major either. The customer service has been great at answering any questions or concerns we've had since day one when they released their beta version. It works well overall though there are ways this could be improved such as creating custom reports/dashboards easily via emailing them directly through core instead…
