The ability for the customer to search through all the product that they have in their store. This allows them to find products that are out of stock quickly and easily. It is very easy to use as well. I like that it has an easy way to go back and edit previous orders if needed. I dislike that sometimes when there isn't any stock available for a specific item, it says "out of stock", which is not true. If there is no stock in the warehouse, then it should say so. That would be helpful. We had a problem with a product being shipped from our warehouse. When we did a manual check, we realized that this was actually a mistake. So, we were able to do a reorder of the same product right away. This saved us time in having to wait for another shipment to come in, and also allowed us to avoid shipping the wrong product.
