I like how easy it was for me as my secretary/receptionist when getting paid or sending out invoices! It's also very user friendly which makes working with CITT even more convenient since we don't have many issues using this software at all now because everything can be done through our computer system so quickly without any problems whatsoever!! I like how they are always willing to work with you for any issues/problems or questions! They have helped us out so many times over our 8+ years working here at CITS. The only thing we dislike about them was when one person left there were 2 people who didn't know what their job title actually meant but continued doing it anyways because "they're good".
