Great case BUT. - Computer case

I really wish Corsair wasn't so cheap anymore. When you're spending close to $300 (much more than any other case manufacturer), you might think you're getting the complete package. front instead of a 240mm fan. Yes, it's my fault for not reading carefully enough to see what was included, but ok. It looks terrible as there is a noticeable gap between the fans and the slots they enter in the front. Now I have to spend an extra $150 to get the right size fans for the front (PS Corsair, that won'tโ€ฆ

no hard drive cooling. they will overheat if you install multiple hard drives

This is a beautiful, well made, huge case. However, the hard drives and the power supply are in a separate compartment from the motherboard for a neat look. There is no active cooling in this separate compartment. It offers space for 3x 3.5" hard drives. The slots for them are close together, there is no air gap between them and there is no fan in the entire compartment. My power supply (also a Corsair) has a fan for cooling, but only that runs when needed and doesn't push nearly enough air toโ€ฆ

Beautiful, easy to assemble

This was my 3rd big build, the previous build was on the Air 540. I fucking love this case. You can disassemble the front, top and bottom very easily to access hard-to-reach places if needed. There's also enough room in the back to easily mount a tank/pump if you're water-cooled. Also, the SSD and HDD bays are very useful and keep the front tidy and clean. With room for 7 drives, you can buy a few small SSDs and raid them, then fill the drive bays with spare drives. Or do something completelyโ€ฆ
