💅 COVERGIRL Outlast All Day Top Coat, Clear - Enhance Your Look, Single Pack Review

I've been using mascara for 20 years. I forgot my lip mascara on a business trip and ran to the pharmacy to get a replacement. Bought Outlast and fell in love. It lasts as long as Lip Ink but looks like a matte lipstick. It came off after 10 hours, but after experimenting with it, I learned a trick: if you apply two layers, it lasts more than 24 hours. I put on two coats at 7 a.m. every day. When I get home from work almost 12 hours later, it still looks fresh! I replaced the deep red Cosmo Red

First of all I love this product. The color lays perfectly, does not spread, does not stick and lasts almost all day. The color is matte (which I like) and the top is SUPER glossy (which I don't like). If Covergirl changed the top of her coat to a matte texture it would be a ten star product. Right now I'm using these colors and a cheap translucent lip balm as a top coat instead of Covergirl's included glossy top coat. My skin is neutral (slightly cool) and 3 of the 4 colors looked great on me.

I only ordered clear coat. I've had this before and really liked the moisturizing aspect. However, what was delivered to me was not an authentic product. A) The tube is different. The actual CoverGirl product has a shorter top and longer hose. This one is also much longer, which made me realize at first that it was probably a smaller product. b) The packaging does not fit. . I read some reviews that said it was comparable so I decided to try it, it's definitely not Lipsense. It comes off quite easily, maybe not as easily as regular lipstick, but if you apply it, dry it, apply lip balm and then wipe it off, it will come off. If you kiss your hand with it, it's not bad, it just comes off a bit of color. But if you wipe your mouth while eating, then the color on a napkin will definitely come off. This lipstick is amazing. I've tried several daytime lipsticks recently (Maybeline Superstay 24 Hour, Revlon Colorstay Overtime, Jeffree Star) and none of them compare to this one. It glides on smoothly, dries quickly and evenly, and sticks to almost anything, including food and drink. I like lip balm that goes on top. It moisturizes without being shiny and is great for refreshing color. Looks like new after 8 hours! See my photo to see the canyon. This lipstick is my new favorite!
