Description of CPU Cooler Thermalright Silver Arrow T8

The Silver Arrow T8 uses eight heatpipes and new premium additional fins for more cooling. THERMALRIGHT The use of a premium copper base effectively transfers heat to all heat pipes and increases the thermal contact area. The thermal conductivity of the entire heatsink can be further improved by the high thermal conductivity of C1100 pure copper. However, the aim of the new TY-143B fan is to achieve heat dissipation and silent effect. Intel: 775 / 115X / 1366/2011 / -3 / 2066 AMD: AM4 Heat sink specifications: Size: L155mm ? W103mm ? I was surprised by the quality for the price.

13600kf without overclocking with one complete fan, with complete thermal paste, in aida64 stress test (cpu + fpu + cache) 67 degrees. Everything suits me. In the last photo, a comparison with the MT6 snowman, with him in the Aid was 88g.

Pros
  • Powerful thing. The tower without a fan weighs a little over a kilogram. In the description there is no compatibility with the 1700 socket, but there are bolts for it in the kit, great. Does not cover memory modules, does not interfere with the video card.
Cons
  • No

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I recommend to buy. With its pros: He copes with his tasks with a bang. Excellent build quality, good set. Allows you to overclock your processor. Got cons: Perhaps the size, but this must be taken into account when choosing.

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

With great difficulty, I was able to install the cooler into the Cougar MX330 case (there is a limitation of 155mm in the height of the cooler, but in fact there is still 1-2 mm left to the glass). Cools Ryzen 7 5800X. Compared to Thermalright Macho 120 Rev. B, the gain is 7-9 degrees under LinX 0.6.5, which is very worthy (in both cases, Thermalright TRX thermal paste was used, only ZhM is better). But you need to understand that even such a cooler is not able to cool the 5800X in some loads…

Pros
  • 1) One of the best coolers has shrunk and barely lost in efficiency! 2) Does not block memory slots! 3) Very good thermal paste included! 4) Includes brackets for installing 2 more fans.
Cons
  • 1) As always with Thermalright lottery with a reason. But I got lucky. 2) For the price as a good CBO. However, in terms of efficiency (taking into account noise) it is approximately parity (wins in terms of noise level, loses in terms of maximum heat dissipation).

Average quality, not an outstanding product.

I bought this cooler for i5-12600k, for overclocking in air. I achieved 5.1 / 3.8 for all cores, and then the cooler does not give. Thermalright CFX 12 W/m-k Thermal Grease In Cinebench R 23 in Multi test I have 95 degrees at 200 watts. All. The run was over. Disappointed, waste of money. There is little sense from 8 tubes, the area of \u200b\u200bthe plates is small. Planned to take Le Grand Macho RT but didn't have it last year. Almost the same, only much quieter than the Silver Arrow T8.

Pros
  • Nice set, build quality.
Cons
  • Does not hold the claimed TDP of 320W on the box. At maximum speed, howler, you can forget about 25 dB.
