🔧 CRAFTSMAN Screwdriver Set, 5 piece (941809): Superior Quality Tools for Precise and Efficient Screwdriving Review

This was a Christmas present for my 12 year old. He asked his mother for screwdrivers and a tool box. So did I! My dad used craft tools so I went with this brand. AND I LOVE DAD!

Excellent basic set. Screwdrivers around the house keep disappearing into my husband's garage and he hates going there when he needs to do simple chores so I've put them in the kitchen and they're great for him when he and I are around the house. I try to keep the set together so we always have a complete set in the house.

I love these screwdrivers. I bought my first set 35 years ago and they are holding up great. I broke a year ago and Sears replaced it. It was really my fault. I was concerned that since Stanley bought the Craftsman name they wouldn't be the same, so I bought this set. I like how they feel in my hand and they are made in the USA. Excellent quality and durability.

My first set of Phillips and straight screwdrivers was the Craftsman. I've had them for over 20 years. I'm a big fan of making with my own hands and have actively used them. After more than two decades, the sharp edges of the tips are finally becoming too round. I ordered a new set, I'm glad they are still in production. There is no better craftsman for hand tools (power tools are another matter, but I'll put that review aside for later).

Craftsman has been around as long as I have, which is saying a lot. The quality of their products has never wavered for the riders. I just wish I could see a bigger set before I buy this - for another ten bucks or so, more than double the number of drivers - and one was very long (someone "borrowed" mine) which would be nice to see him again having bugs with craftman.

My similar Craftsman Screwdrivers from late 1977 to 1986, made/purchased, shall we say, FORGED. It's not like this. For my backyard purposes this set is fantastic and I'm guessing the price is half the price of a 1977-1986 purchase! FORGED will probably be made stronger/better, who knows. I know I wish I needed more, this is such a great product! Buy them, throw them in your desktop toolbox. Use for the rest of your life. Like me.

Love this set. This is perfect for sudden setbacks. Craftsman still makes these little kits for home use. Larger and more complete Craftsman kits are for construction, automotive/serious woodworking assembly, labor intensive, self-employment/employment. I'm so glad Craftsman continues to sell smaller kits in their retail line. In addition, small tools are suitable for women's hands and provide a good grip on the handles without causing calluses.

This is not the screwdriver set I would put in a 5 foot tall tool box in my 2 car garage, but I don't have a 2 car garage and a 5 foot tall tool box. I have a small apartment and a tool box. This set is just about perfect for that. The construction is solid and not flimsy as you would expect from a builder. And unlike those screwdrivers you can buy with detachable heads, they're small enough to fit into tight spaces, and the head never falls behind the damn intake manifold when you're trying to
