Crankbrothers Highline Dropper Post Included Review

I really liked this dropper seatpost. I ordered a 125mm drop and it's good enough for me (I'm 6ft 1" and ride a big frame Santa Cruz Bronson). So far, so good. Moderate effort is required to operate the seatpost lever. I installed the lever on the left and maybe my thumb isn't very strong, but it takes a lot more strength than shifting. I haven't given it much thought, but it makes sense since there is more friction than in a hydraulic line. In comparison, my Rockshox hydraulic lock is very easy to activate. In my opinion this is one of the best value pipettes out there. I've been a big fan of the Crank Brothers for a long time. My research showed that their previous dropper was a bunch, but they seem to have learned their lesson. After a few months of work I am very satisfied. I think the best configuration for a dripper is a cable operated hydraulic ram with infinite adjustment.
