First of all, this is not my first experience with PEI bedding/sheets. I have another one from Gizmo Dorks and it works great but needs updating. Being lazy I thought I'd try the Creality PEI bed. The packaging was good and undamaged when I received it. I removed the protective film at the top and carefully cleaned the iso. I noticed that this bed has a dull/matte finish instead of the usual glossy finish I'm used to. Now I'm wondering if that is the cause of my problem. The standard filament…

UPDATE: The seller fixed this issue very quickly and the bed is truly phenomenal. Do not heat the bed when cleaning with alcohol! Use only a small amount of 91% IPA (95% is recommended but I can't find that concentration) and it should evaporate quickly without heating. , I want to say that this printable surface is phenomenal straight away. I'm not 100% sure why, however, but the PEI coating created these little bubbles after just a few days of use and maintenance. It's hard to tell from the…
