Just built - no prints yet but considering a return. NO glass bed, noisy! Can't be 5 Pro!

Just assembled - no prints yet but already considering a return. This pro's glass bed is listed, but I have a magnetic bed! the noise of the vacuum cleaner when it is switched on. Noisy! This device may not be a Pro model. Time to take it apart and send it back! Now I don't trust this seller. Update 10/07/2021: Looks like they have updated Revain's page to reflect that she does NOT have a glass bed. I wish it had been done before i1i bought it. I just looked at the original screenshot 9-28-21…

Quality prints

This 3D printer is fantastic. It is very similar to the Ender 3. The hotend looks the same and has a slightly different extruder, but basically the same design. Installation was very easy, easier than the Ender 3. On the Ender 3, the platform moves to control the Y axis and the push arm moves up and down on the Z axis. With the Ender 5, the Z-axis is controlled by the bed, which moves up and down. The bed itself feels much more stable with this design than it did on the Ender 3. X and Y are now

Really impressed with this printer.

As the owner of four 3D printers (and three more in the house) everyone including myself was really impressed with this printer. I wanted to buy this printer because it has a unique print head arrangement where the hot end moves in the XY plane and the build area slopes down in the Z axis. I decided to spend a few extra bucks on purchasing an upgraded "quiet" version of the printer to see what it will end up with.
