Next time I'll take the Clover Hook

I tried this hook because it was about $4 less than the Clover I have in most other sizes. The handle is too thick and is not as comfortable and stable in the hand as Clover's.

Cons

Handle breaks

Everything is fine. The pen is a bit short, and the rubber grip is so thin that the metal is visible under the text print. That's how it happened, which says something about quality assurance. I don't think the tires will hold up. I can make a new one, but I don't have to. Beware of ANY new product you decide to repair.

Pros
  • Handicrafts and sewing
Cons
  • No instructions

Unfortunately not perfect, but it works now.

Overall I like this style of crocheting and find the grip very comfortable. Unfortunately, the needle I received was not smooth on the inside of the needle itself and the yarn caught on every stitch. Upon closer inspection, I found uneven or unpolished/finished metal under the hinge. Luckily I am a smart woman and was able to correct imperfections myself. I used a diamond blade on a rotary tool. The hook is now running smoothly. I'm sure it was just an accident and most of the hooks were sold…

Pros
  • Knitting and Crocheting
Cons
  • Damaged
