Two things happened that disappointed us. 1. We paid for an overnight delivery and it didn't arrive at the scheduled time due to the weather (not entirely their fault). 2. These fasteners don't hold up well. Puppies easily solved them. Due to the tight deadlines for our adoption event, we were forced to glue the fasteners. Just not a great experience with these collars, especially as we paid extra for an overnight delivery that didn't happen.

I read other reviews which made me a little hesitant to buy them but they are exactly as described, they are detachable collars and should come off easily, if you want to use them to tag puppies litters then of course they do come off easily, they should do that! If they don't want that, then they have to order collars that aren't rip-off collars! The quality is good, the colors are pleasant, the colors are not similar, everyone is different. These collars are great for my German Shorthaired Pointer puppies aged 2-9 weeks (I ordered the small size). They aren't small enough for my newborn puppies but I still won't wear collars until they are about 2 weeks old so this is perfect for me. I like the quick release buckles, they're not too easy or difficult to remove in an emergency. They are well made and hold up well. I didn't have a fight even though the puppies played with them (the first brand I tried didn't happen).
