Tension spring Stabilizes jaw and allows easy knurl adjustment. Chrome plated finish wipes clean easily and resists rust or corrosion. Polished head and satin finished handle. Tight fit, strong best in my review

Best adjustable wrench. No one makes a better right fitting wrench than crescent. I use this in large hydraulic lines That's my feedback!
