Critters In My Company - We track and analyze data daily

I like that it has all of my animals in one place! It's easy for me as an owner/manager who works from home because everything can be done online with ease. The only thing about this program was having too many options or features which made navigation difficult at times. This could have been improved by making some things easier (such as adding pictures) but overall we haven't had any problems using critterworks so far other than just learning how to use their system better.   • Great customer service, quick response time regarding questions asked via email., ability track your costumer info including emails sent thru them is handy!! Also very helpful if there are issues along way.they always work hard fixing what ever issue arises quickly!!! And they keep up great communication throughout each step..it shows you truly care ! Allowing clients access remotely while keeping security safeguarding confidential information..I
