Great tool if used correctly by everyone involved

The ability to track leads, customers and prospects across the full lifecycle of a client relationship. In addition, the ability to track time and track hours against accounts. There really needs to be many more integration options so that it would be easier to pull the data from outside applications. We are running our entire sales process through this system. The main benefit is the ability to pull all information from our CRM database into this, and track the client relationship. This makes

  • Very user friendly interface.
  • Ability get most customer details together within same page,
  • Trackable progress throughout each stage including contacts' responses etc.,etc.and much lot else..all can keep record easily about every step taken during whole prospecting cycle till closing stages..very good tracking tool!!!
Cons
  • Sometimes difficult even login sometimes due unavailability internet connection especially overseas
