The product (hard floor accessory with nylon brush) arrived well packaged, the bristles are protected by a cardboard sleeve secured with rubber bands. As I unrolled the unit, I found that the brush was so badly crushed on one side (all the bristles sticking out) that the unit's inner plastic frame slipped out from under the brush and scratched the floor. I tried wrapping the device back in the cardboard sleeve to get the bristles back in place. After a week there was no change. It looks like…
