I bought this after reading the description. Nowhere does it say it's too big for some trucks. It is 1/8 inch too tall to fit as there is a bumper strip under the license plate that is too tall to fit this license plate holder. It's a shame the company doesn't warn buyers about its height, and it's also a shame they don't pay for return shipping. You should do at least one of these. Otherwise you buy it, try it on and it doesn't fit and you pay the return costs = total loss. Plus the anger.

I love this license plate frame! Looks great on my red convertible Mustang! Please note before purchasing. We bought these for our truck and had to swap frames with the Mustang. Everything worked fine BUT check your truck for rear bumper plugs. There is room for flat frames, but usually without embellishments. The tops of the palms overlapped the rear plugs so they didn't fit. There are also holes in the bottom of the frame but there is no place to attach it to the car so it looked a bit…

This palm tree license plate frame was everything I hoped for! It's durable and really beautiful. The only "bad" I would like to mention is what I saw in previous reviews prior to purchasing the frame. the palm leaves on the right cover the date field on the license plate sticker of my license plate.
