I'm 5ft 6in, 160lbs, 34B cup and ordered a size medium. It fits well, comfortable, flattering style on my chest. The only downside is that the straps loosen a little and my boobs protrude while lounging or doing yoga. Be careful.

I've been looking for a duplicate (Flow Y bra) from Lulu for a long time. I finally found something very similar, but it feels "luxurious fabric"! I love the fabric and the fit. For reference: size M (34V). The only thing I don't like is the straps because they stretch a bit. I love this brand! Good quality at a very good price!

I can't upload pictures of what this has done to my body after wearing it once while walking because Amazon filters it out BUT these are HUGE. The seam nubs are directly under your armpits and dig into your body with every movement. They are on both sides and cause a lot of pain and discomfort. I love this sports bra! I was specifically looking for impact resistant, low padding so I feel as little as possible when wearing it. I'm a size 36B so I don't need much support to train. I wear sports bras 90% of the time, actually I wear every bra so I wanted as much weightlessness as possible. I ordered a large one first and it pinched my ribs too much under my chest.
