Surprise - no chatter!

Place on the drill press and sink some aluminum. I was surprised that even with such a low price and with 3 groove skins it doesn't rattle. I bought these for metric countersunk hex head screws/bolts and they gave me the countersink I wanted.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

The cutting edge has burrs and chips.

5 out of 6 have burrs on the cutting edge. Several large drills have broken cutting edges. not spicy straight out of the pack. They do not remove burrs or chamfers. It simply rolls the metal and creates a drill instead of cutting it. You can work wood, but do yourself a favor and buy something better.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Not bad, but...

It was brass, steel or…

  • Cord is shorter than other picks
