An excellent set of filleting knives. We have a pond with hundreds of catfish and bluegills that feed us regularly. We were looking for durable and sharp butcher knives and this set does the job perfectly. We remove more meat from the catfish when filleting, and it's a lot easier. I recommend this set for the fisherman in the family.

A gift for my husband (an avid fisherman) last year. They are very well preserved and he loves them very much - so much that he regrets that he is reluctant to leave them on his boat (where he needs them often) because he doesn't have them here when he needs them. So I bought him another set for the house and he is very happy! Good quality knives!

I still give 5 stars because the picture and description is clear but this 6 piece set is 4 knives, 1, sharpener and case. The knives are great though, they have the right flexibility and seem to hold their edge well. I think that's the right price for 4 knives of this quality. If you are looking for a decent set of 4 knives at a reasonable price this is a great choice!
