suitcase king!

I read all the reviews and chose this one because it folds up for transport. I'm very happy with the purchase, have taken it twice in the trunk of a Patriot for breakfast and was definitely the envy of the parking lot! Good: - Very solid construction - Heats up strongly and cooks fairly evenly (there are cooler places, but it's actually good for cooking a variety of foods) - Easy to light up and use - Not difficult to assemble Less good: - It's not very easy Fold. This is not a "truly portable"

I love it! - Kitchen & Dining

I wanted to buy Blackstone because I know they are the 'gold standard' but number 1 is either unavailable or sold out and number 2 is cheaper. I bought a 28" skillet with 2 burners. It took me and my daughter (18 and 51) about an hour to put it together, mainly because I live in a townhouse and don't have a large tool box and garage. I have used my black and mini decker drills. Otherwise it wouldn't have been difficult to assemble. I've seen reviews on here of the pan heating unevenly there…

I want to love this pan but the heat is very uneven

This pan has many advantages. It's easy to put together (but the other reviewer is right about the words and pictures mismatching in the first step), fairly easy to move around our patio and looks great. The open design suits our space much better than the large closed trolleys of some skillets. The fact that it's easier to disassemble and smaller than the others is a big plus (especially since it can't be left outside in winter - see below). I really like the dual front oilers. Very easy to…
