Does not lay flat: my feedback

First off I did not get the pen that was supposed to come with it and I payed more for the one with the pen. Second the directions suck they do not tell you which screws are for what ect. and third when I put my cup on it it just scratches the plastic and I can get it straight because it does not lay flat.

Cup trimmer good for me

I have not had an occasion to use this yet but it was easy to put together. The construction of the unit seems like it would work very well.

Great tool for tumbler makers!

It takes a little use to really get the hang of it, but it works great! The assembly instructions aren’t the greatest so pay close attention to the screws to figure where they need to be used.

Helpful Product good for me

It took me a few tries to figure out how to use it, but once I did I love the way it cuts the vinyl off my tumblers. It''s a bit difficult to hold and turn cup next to blade.!

Poor quality for my opinion

Blades are horrible quality. Used once to cut a fabric tumbler worked great tried another tumbler had to change the blade.

Works as described good for me

This was easy to put together. Using it for the first time was a trial and error kind of experience but once you get the hang of it you will be good to go.

Not as sturdy as I thought

I purchased this because I wanted to trim the top of my tumblers. I don't find that it works great for that, but it does work. The pencil holder, joke. No matter how much I tighten the screw, it is wobbly. It is difficult to get a straight line. The pencil doesn't stay in place.
