After a recent trip to Italy I wanted to try the delicious coffee I drank there every morning. After researching many different brands and looking at good and bad reviews, I decided to buy this moka pot. Received on time and was not disappointed! It is very easy to use and the coffee tastes amazing! The lid and handle stay cool so you can touch the pot without burning yourself. It's also very easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it!

You get what you pay for in 6 cups for a cheap saucepan. This is my 2nd Moka pot and it only makes 3 cups and there is still a fair amount of water in the water tank that could make a 4th cup but the grounds bowl stem is too short to reach it. I've also noticed that the water also comes out through the side steam valve regardless of the level. The handle is also weak and I worry about applying pressure when separating the top of the pot from the base. Overall, this is a good moka pot if you are

I tested this last month. This is by far my favorite way to make coffee at home. The coffee is aromatic, rich and strong. It only takes a few minutes for the water to boil. The bitterness you usually get from a slower coffee maker is completely gone. I burned my hands after sitting on the stove for a while, so that's a big plus! Too bad I didn't finish the test earlier so I could buy it as a Christmas present for my parents. I will definitely buy them as a gift for the next holiday!

Mid-range aluminum body. Not the worst available, but not overly shelf-friendly either. The capacity (9 fl oz) is actually significantly smaller than the other 6 cup moka pots (12 fl oz). By Bialetti's standards it's only a 4 or 5 cup pot, not 6. The spout lets the coffee fizz and leaves the coffee grounds in the finished product. There is always excess water in the tank. Bought to replace a Bialetti that was overheated and damaged. At this point, all parts of this "Sisitano" mocha pot appear to be interchangeable with the 6-cup Bialetti, but the parts are not identical clones. The design of the plastic handle isn't as sophisticated as the Bialetti. The Sisitano grip has an obvious cast seam, and the shape of the grip is blocky and less ergonomic compared to the Bialetti.
