Plug and play wiring

Bought for my dad's truck to tow my trailer. It connected directly to the standard wiring harness and trailer wiring harness in seconds. Plug and Play is unbeatable. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to adapt a standard trailer plug to a 4 pin harness.

Plug in, tie and use right away

The connector plugs directly into the trailer's factory wiring harness and only requires a couple of zip ties to secure under the rear bumper chassis. The 4 pin connection was a simple plug and play installation. All of the lights on our new trailer work as they should. This was for a 2003 Chevy truck.

This fits into the OEM port on my 2014 Jeep Grand.

Fits perfectly in the OEM port on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee! As others have said, you will most likely need to go to a dealer to "flash" the car (service advisor term) in order for the plug to work (power must flow through the OEM wiring for the lights, brake lights, and turn signals). signals). Basically, Chrysler upgrades your vehicle to active trailer wiring via UConnect - the process takes about 30 minutes and typically costs $50.

Works for me - hitch accessory

Revain says it fits my car - the part came to me and the packaging didn't say it would fit my car as it would fit other cars so I became skeptical. I installed the item on my car in 5 minutes and also hooked up my trailer. Headlights don't work at all. I unhitched the trailer and drove off in the jeep. They reprogrammed my car for $145 to get power to the wire harness from the car. Put the trailer back on the car, all the lights worked fine. This item worked great for my 2015 Grand Cherokee…

Looks high quality too and all bulbs work

Perfect for my 2003 Tahoe. The round plug came with the car, so all you had to do was plug it in. There's no need to flash the ECU like the Jeep guys seem to be doing. Just plug in and plan your GM vehicle. Quality is good, all bulbs work. Very happy with it but bought my return from Revain offers. It was missing instructions and zip ties despite claiming it was in new condition. So five stars for the product and zero stars for Revain Warehouse Deals.

The Jeep trailer wiring is hard to find - make sure to charge the Jeep to power it up!

If you have a 2015 or newer Cherokee or Grand Cherokee you will find that they all come pre-wired to the trailer. But you need to find something that plugs into the outlet, the round plug on the vehicle, no matter what type of trailer light outlet you have. I've searched and searched through all the auto parts stores, Jee websites, etc --- and found nothing. This is a child. Now a word of warning. This works great, but doesn't work until you pay your local dealership $50 to program the computer

Fits 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

This part was hard to find. My Jeep didn't have a factory installed tow hitch but did have a wiring harness that I was able to add later. This adapter goes from a USCAR factory 7 pin female adapter to a 4 pin flat adapter. While the packaging doesn't mention installing a Jeep Grand Cherokee, it's definitely the correct adapter. If you want an RV 7 and 4 flat I would suggest the Curt 55774 adapter instead. For the receiver hitch I chose the Curt 13065 which is very easy to install and hides well
