Effortless Installation with CURT 56007 T-Connector Review

I ordered this T-connector to replace a damaged Uhaul wiring harness. It was very easy to install. Done in 10 minutes. A good product.

Worked great when I installed it 1 year ago. I use my trailer about once a month. After 6 months the daytime running lights on the trailer stopped working. Exactly the same story as other posts I've seen. I do not recommend buying - it will not last long.

This product is a waste of money and time. Connected once to see if they work. When I went back to plug it in and test it a second time, the chasers stopped working, which was very unsafe for night driving. Now I'm trying to get my money back.

Excellent product. I want you to know that the end goal is for the 4-pin connector to come out of the connector panel on the back. You'll have to remove some panels from the back, but that's not too bad, just be careful not to pull too hard.

Easy installation - connected campers and it worked. Tried again a few months later - to no avail. All three lines are 12v with almost zero amps. Plug in a small 12 volt light bulb and the voltage drops to zero. Try Hopkins to see if they are better. I think I should have noticed how many people have issues with Kurt's controllers.

no complaints at all. Installation was relatively easy and the wiring worked fine for me. When not in use, I just stow it in the jack's storage compartment. Anytime I need to pull something, the wiring connects quickly and easily, and the brake, headlight, and turn signal checks always work.

I don't use the plug very often but it's nice to have when you need it. I usually attach my bikes to a trailer hitch and spontaneously decided on this product. Well it was worth it.
