I use them to cross the chains of a camper trailer. They are almost too small to fit over the hitch and don't hang straight down as shown in the attached picture. However, this gives me the extra length needed to cross the chains.

This is exactly what I needed but couldn't find it locally. They are narrower than the ones I had before but still do their job perfectly. I just keep them in my trailer hitch so I can easily connect anything to them. Strong and simple.

Love these! I needed an extra link on each chain for my £3500 trailer. I put a few drops of oil on the threads for each link to keep them from rusting like they used to. My chains of goods will break before these links.

Because these links are made in Taiwan, not mainland China, I trust steel. The Chinese-made hitch broke well below its rating, dropped a large chunk and almost killed me one day. These links are meaty. I prefer US manufacturing, but Taiwan has acceptable quality and fairness in specs.
