The ease of use, the capability to have multiple surveys running at once, and the ability to create your own surveys with custom questions are what I like best about this product. It's not perfect, but it does some things well. I don't think there is anything else out there that can do all of these things in one place. There is nothing I dislike specifically. The only thing I wish was different would be to give you more control over the look of the interface. I'm looking for something that will
