Worked well while it lasted, but fell off when tied to a car on a 15 minute drive to the lake and bounced off just a few days after installation. So you have to keep pushing.

Very happy with this stand. I've bought another type before and I'm so glad I went with this one this time. Very durable and very easy to install. So worth the price, which I also thought was great. This is way better than the footpegs that come with bikes.

Does not fit 16" bikes at all, the shortest length is 9". It also doesn't come with a short screw to use the built-in plate. Bikes they have came with the required 8mm allen key which was nice as the adult stand I bought at the same time didn't.

Great product. Perfect fit for my son's Spiderman bike. My son is about 44 inches. 5 years. He loves to. Many character bikes come with training wheels, and if your kids graduate on those training wheels, they won't have a kickstand. This small addition made him feel like a "big kid" because he could service his bike like older kids.

The stand on the grandson's 18 inch light bike and the metal leg broke in half after a month of use. Only lasted a few days past the 30 day return period. The stand is a weak metal ie Pot Metal, I know if the leg was steel this wouldn't have happened would not buy again.

I knew I needed a kickstand when I bought my kids new bikes because otherwise they would land on their side and get scratched. It looked beautiful because it's adjustable and looked sturdy enough to withstand some use. It was easy to install and doesn't interfere with cycling. It's very easy to adjust the length to get the right angle to keep the bike from falling over. I have been very happy with this stand and hope to use it as the kids grow into new bikes.

I bought this for my daughter's 20" bike to keep it upright after removing the training wheels. It didn't have a plate with a hole to hold the running board. , but with the back wall the installation worked fine. I had to play with the angles and position a bit and apply a lot of torque to the post to get it stable and not touch the tire and pedal, but it worked out in the end. In terms of durability From the things I think for a kids bike it seems pretty good. Overall a good product!

To be fair this product description 'says' it doesn't fit all size 16 kids bikes. HOWEVER, I can't imagine the bottom bracket of a size 16 kids bike (where the footpeg bolts on) being 2-3 inches higher than the average bike. That tells me it really isn't meant for a mid-size 16 bike. But since I was lazy and didn't want to return it and wait for another one, I decided to just remove the sliding leg piece and use it without it. Then it works perfectly. although it looks weird without the "legs"…
