Type of review

As another reviewer mentioned, they can be destroyed fairly quickly by normal soldering. Everything checked in normal operation OK before soldering. I soldered wires to two buttons. Actions on these keys were no longer smooth and sometimes got stuck in the closed position. Presumably, the heat flowing through the wires heats up the plastic interior and deforms it. I think I tried soldering *quickly* but these buttons turned out to be extremely heat sensitive. I managed to get the third button…

Pros
  • Thread Diameter: 6.9mm/0.27in; Cap Diameter: 6mm/0.24inch; Pin Spacing: 3mm/0.11in
Cons
  • Some small things

Very high failure rate (20%), no easy way to tighten the nut

Of the twenty switches I installed, three failed immediately and the fourth does not work normally, and about that Half of them don't work in 100% cases. This is after just one digit on the button has been pressed. These things just don't work reliably. Part of this may be due to temperature sensitivity, as two of the three that failed immediately had to be re-soldered more than once, but in any case these things are clearly not worth buying. Extras: * The holes in the grommets are ridiculously

Pros
  • Type of action: Momentary
Cons
  • Not automatic

Small but powerful, fits easily into hard-to-reach places

I used an N/O plunger switch on a lawn mower shut-off. The way a lawn mower is set up you have to squeeze the handle to start it and every time you release the handle the lawn mower will turn off. So if you need to stop to pick up something that is in the way of cutting, e.g. B. a fallen branch or a piece of paper, you have to restart the mower, which is very inconvenient for me. I know it's security related, but some people can't fix stupid things and that's why they built security features…

Pros
  • Rated voltage: 250VAC/1A
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
