Network card is fine, signal reception is good; However, the 2.4 GHz frequency in our 2.4 GHz cordless phones is annoying (heavy crackling). Try not to transfer data while making calls (browsing, downloading, backing up). Another option is to add an extra wired handset or get a 900MHz phone just in case so you can talk and transfer data at the same time.
