Reliable router, but leaves a lot to be desired.

Not as multifunctional as we would like, but for the money I'm not particularly complaining. Got it for a great price during Prime Day and it works well enough for my purposes. Pros: Good build quality Initial setup is a simple 3-step process: device setup, WiFi setup, password setup. Both wired and wireless connections are fast and reliable. Reliable. The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are excellent. Cons: Limited network configuration options. Limited/nonexistent options to create scheduled tasks…

Works 50% of the time

Added to my network to cover the part of my house with poor reception from my Netgear router and improve speed. D-Link worked intermittently on iPhones and laptops. Plugged in and worked fine for about an hour, then disconnected and didn't reconnect for 5-10 or 15 minutes. I tried all combinations and in all cases my Netgear router was more reliable. Sending dlink wifi to ewaste.

So easy to set up and increased my WiFi speed significantly!

I used to have a D-Link AC-1000 and struggled to get fast internet when I was near a router and there was no connection at the other end of my small 650 square meter. ft. I also bought a D-Link AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender to try and get a WIFI connection on the opposite side of my apartment from the AC-1000 router. Finally my AC-1000 fell to the ground for the last time and stopped working. So I bought this one, a D-Link AC-1750, and my range extender is no longer needed. Now I have a very fast

Good device, good price

Read other reviews and had concerns, but my concerns have largely dissipated with the purchase. The initial setup was a little fiddly and stuck, but it was fixed after logging back in. It does take 30 seconds to reboot after saving the settings, but it wasn't that important to me. A few reviewers have reported having random or forced resets, but I haven't had to reset the router at all, except of course the first time and when I change the settings. Here DLink offered a good device at a good…

Good router so far.

I've had this router for over a year, the wired connection has always been reliable, but from day one the wifi had to be restarted daily. Most will ask why I did this to myself. Basically, this is my router in the basement, and we only really use Wi-Fi there when a guest is staying at the house, so restarting the router was never a big issue. After using this product we have now moved our kids playroom to the basement, they have multiple electronic devices that use Wi-Fi and this daily reset…

Very fast wireless router!

So far this has been a great wireless router. We have 150+ Mbps service through Comcast and I can get full speed by running SpeedTest on my LG G6 phone at 5GHz (I usually get 200+ Mbps). I have an old Dell laptop but it usually delivers 60+ Mbps at 2.4GHz. On our Roku devices, they typically top out at over 20Mbps on the Netflix speed test, so the speed is good enough to watch 1080p movies. I am very impressed with the range. This works well in our duplex townhouse. I wish it had detachable…

Good router and good coverage

So far so good! Once set up and running, I immediately had 5 bars of signal strength throughout the house. The router is upstairs and has to go through multiple walls/floors to reach me in different rooms downstairs. Now I can use my 5GHz connection which is great as my wife was using a 2.4GHz connection. We will have up to 4 or 5 connected devices and one of them is a VOIP phone system. So far the stability is good and I haven't had to reset it for more than 3 weeks. In fact, we get data…
