Excellent product. I use this boot and have had very little pain for the past three days. I broke both my feet, I have a sesamoid and this is the only cabin that helps me heal. I wish the heel was at least an inch shorter because it's too close to the ball of the foot. In other words, the heel is better placed in the middle of the foot and not at the ball of the foot.

I have bought 6-8 of these in the last 18 months due to an ongoing health issue. Why do I keep buying them? Because I can't find a similar product and they are cheap which requires additional purchases. They fall apart after about 30 days. It looks like the manufacturers are using some sort of glue instead of stitching or some other stronger method to attach the components together.

This shoe shifts most of the body weight to the heel, then the big toe and the inside of the arch. I bought this shoe to help with recovery from a fracture of the 5th metatarsal (near the top of the bone / about 2 inches below the pinky toe). I used a crutch and after 2 weeks I felt sick. These shoes made it easy for me to walk around the house. My doctor said as long as I don't walk much I can now (2 weeks post injury) use these shoes instead of crutches.
