Beautifully Crafted Sashiko Thread

This thread is perfect for adding an elegant touch to any stitching project. Based on my observations, the thread was easy to work with and did not break or become tangled. The colors are vibrant and complimented my project well. The only downside is that there is not a huge amount of thread on the card, so I had to purchase multiple cards for larger projects.

Pros
  • Vibrant colors, easy to work with
Cons
  • Not a lot of thread on card

Beautiful yarn, just perfect for hand sewing, sachiko or boro boro.

I'm learning to hand sew Boro Boro or Sashiko so this thread is essential, it's the right weight and gauge for even stitches. I'm new to this and investing in this thread has made my stitches more even and easier to sew. I also received some handmade needles from Japan.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Some Mistakes

Best Sashiko Thread

I do a lot of shibori embroidery and sashiko thread is GREAT for it because it's thick and doesn't break. Offers excellent resistance. However, the reason I like this brand the most is simple. REALIZATION IS IMPOSSIBLE. There is another brand that comes in large skeins, you get a lot of yarn for this money but it's a big mess to begin with. A big pain in the butt to even get enough thread out of the skein to use. But this brand has NOTHING. Simply unfold the fabric to the desired length, thread

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • High Price
