It was very difficult to remove the ball joint. Broke 3 or 4 tools to get it out of the knuckle. Bought without expecting too much. Some of these Chinese tools, like the ones I've already broken, cannot be reused without damage even if they work well in the current job. Grease the threads to make them slippery and use a wrench. My ball joints on my '97 F150 4X4 have been pretty rusty since they came from the factory. Put pressure on them, put the old head on them and hit them with a hammer. After 2-3 times they came out immediately. Installation was easy with one tool. Glad I had it otherwise I would have used a blue socket wrench to take them off. Also better than a 3 pound sled beating the cat out of everything.
